What we do with your member list, who can see it, and the US rules every email and text follows.
What we use your list for
- Only to run your gym's campaign. Nothing else.
- We never sell, rent or share your members' details.
- We never contact your members for AWYX or anyone else.
Where it's stored and who sees it
- Your list lives in a dedicated, private account set up only for your gym.
- Only AWYX and the software we use to run the campaign (GoHighLevel) can access it.
- When your campaign ends, we delete your list within 30 days, unless you keep the monthly win-back running.
Texting rules we follow
- We only text members whose signup records show prior express written consent to receive marketing texts from your gym. Anyone without that consent gets email only.
- Every text includes a way to opt out. Anyone who replies STOP is removed immediately and never texted again.
- Texts only go out on weekdays between 10am and 6pm in the member's local time, and never on Sundays or public holidays.
- We handle A2P 10DLC carrier registration for your texts. No text goes out until carriers approve it.
Email rules we follow
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link and your gym's business address, as CAN-SPAM requires.
- Unsubscribes are honored right away.
You stay in control
- You see and approve every email and text before the campaign goes live.
- Pause or stop any time.
- Ask us to delete your list any time.
You own your member list and the consent records behind it. Before anything sends, we remove duplicates, invalid emails and numbers, current members, anyone without text consent (they get email only), and anyone who has opted out. If you have specific legal questions about your gym's records, talk to your own legal advisor.
